Circle of Intrapreneurs are looking for a Managing Director to lead the operational delivery of the organisations' goals, supported by an advisory board of leaders who have developed the organisation to where it is today.
The Circle of Intrapreneurs empowers people to drive social impact through business by nurturing a community of purpose-driven intrapreneurs and allies, providing a space in which they can grow and flourish. Our community is over 5,000 strong, galvanised by 23 chapters and 4 regional directors around the world. We interact with a variety of diverse stakeholders from corporates and changemakers to NGOs and charities.
We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the operational delivery of the organisations' goals, supported by an advisory board of leaders who have developed the organisation to where it is today.
This is a position that requires self-motivation, independence of thought and conviction in delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in cultivating and growing a network organisation, a passion for social impact, diverse experience working within a corporate environment and outsized leadership skills for their age.
The role will be offered for an initial duration of one year, as we are implementing a "Tour of Duty" recruitment model, to ensure we adapt to new ideas in a changing global environment, while also delivering on very specific objectives.
The Managing Director is responsible for managing the central team & Chief of Staff, implementing the strategic direction, and working with the leadership team to implement the appropriate operating and business models and galvanising the global network of chapters and advocates.
